To ensure that we can accommodate all of our patients effectively; we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Scheduling and Payments: Clients are required to make full payment at the time of scheduling their appointment. This helps us reserve your preferred time and ensures that our mobile phlebotomy services are available for you. 2. Cancellation Notice: We understand that situations may arise that necessitate changes to your plans. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. This fee helps us manage our schedule and ensure that other clients can access our services. 4. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new time that works for you. 5. Refunds: If you cancel your appointment outside the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed for your payment. However, please note that cancellation fees will be deducted from any refunds issued for cancellations made within the same time frame. 6.
